I use them in a bakery, and they work so much better than any other types that we have used. They keep your hand protected from the heat even on the last pan coming out of the oven. The outside gets hot, but not inside.

These gloves are awesome- been using them for the fireplace and they are protective I reached in and picked up a burning log that fell and felt maybe a bit of warmth but the gloves were unharmed and so was I !! A bit big in size but not an impact for me compared to getting burned
I owned a pair and use it constantly. Purchased for another friend who loves to cook and bake. Yes, the gloves are large, but who cares? It fits my hand enough to protect.
I cook pizzas for the family in my oven at 500 degrees. I can take the pizza and the pan out of the oven with these and barely feel the slightest warmth. Before I bought these I would frequently burn my hands. They work well and I would recommend them to anyone.
These gloves are a bit large, However, I have big hands so this was a nice change. Iv used these gloves a few times so far and love them more and more with each use. It's nice being able to check food temp without getting burned, Being able to use tongs and other tools that require the use of your figures. Now I just need to find a smaller pair for my wife from this company. This is a must-buy for anyone that loves cooking!
